n the 1st of September 2021, Austlink Plus Pty Ltd will transition all Jiwa Financials related sales and support functions to a new organisation called Opal Logic Pty Ltd.
The aim is that Opal Logic will focus exclusively on looking after our clients with Jiwa Financials and related 3rd party products. It will also be increasing it's development arm, specialising in creating additional functionality for Jiwa where our clients require it or we see a specific need in the marketplace.
Opal Logic is jointly owned by two companies, Austlink Plus Pty Ltd and Blue Hat Lab Pty Ltd. There are two directors, Nina Tulic and Mark Buhagiar
In addition to our focus on growing Opal Logic to be Australia’s and New Zealand’s Premier Jiwa Financials Support and Implementation partner, Austlink will continue to provide Network, Cloud, IT Hardware and related services to our clients. We will also be a provider of cloud services to Opal Logic and their clients.
UPDATE: 30 October 2021: We have agreed on the transition of all the remaining Austlink support services to Opal Logic from the 1st of November 2021. Opal logic will now be able to support our clients for all their software, cloud and other IT related requirements.
The Jiwa Training website (https://jiwatraining.com.au) will continue to be available to all Opal Logic clients as part of their service level agreement (with Opal Logic) and to other organisations on a subscription basis.
