All of our servers are monitored by our engineers on an almost real time basis. To do this we have employed the latest state of the art monitoring software which tests all of the server's critical components every few minutes If an error is detected or if the server is being stressed we will most likely know it before you do. This allows us to be pro-active in establishing a solution before it has any effect on your business productivity.
